Jennie Garth Single Again On Dating 'It's Challenging'

Jennie Garth reveals ‘Dating Is A Weird Type Of Torture’. The star is popular for role as Kelly Taylor from the sitcom Beverly Hills 90210 and she admits that she has mixed thoughts about the dating scene after landing back into following the end of her marriage, 2012 to Twilight star Peter Facinelli.

The What I Like About You (Valerie Tyler) found it very difficult just to put herself back into the singles mix trying to find a new man. Now the A Little Bit Country star seems to have found a partner in businessman Michael Shimbo, but tells U.S. chat show host Bethenny Frankel that she didn’t exactly enjoy the process of courting.

She explains,

“It’s fun, and it’s awful all at the same time. It’s like a weird type of torture. But it can be fun.

“It’s super challenging… I expected to come out of divorce and just be great at it (dating). I’m smart and I thought I could do it. How hard could it be? But I’ve realised that I have to fumble my way and create the space to really be open to learning because I don’t know how to do it.”
