Argonaut Resins is starting a new line of custom 8" Tuttz by 12 very talented artists, and for one of its very first releases END has teamed up with artist
Clinton Yaws. Clinton went with an extremely complex King Tutankhamun sarcophagus theme for his Tuttz. The head is modeled after the mummy mask of Tutankhamun, and below that on the breast of the Tuttz is a winged scarab pectoral representing the god Khepri, the rising sun, pushing the sun disc above the horizon. The left side of this resin figure contains the white vulture image of Nekhbet, while the right side features the image of Uraeus, a symbol for the goddess Wadjet who was one of the earliest Egyptian deities and was often depicted as a cobra. Combined they are know in Ancient Egyptian texts as the Two Ladies, the deities who were the patrons of the Ancient Egyptians and worshiped by all after the unification of its two parts: Lower Egypt and Upper Egypt.
