Star found out that Cee Lo had a criminal record that goes back to 2001. That year, Cee Lo and his wife got into an argument and Cee Lo decided to settle matters by smashing out all the windows of the family car. The police were called and Cee Lo was arrested and spent some time in jail. After he was released he failed to show up for his court hearing and was jailed again.
