Looks like Jennie Garth may have rebounded with a guy who's good with his hands!
About two months after she and Peter Facinelli announced the end of their 11-year marriage, the actress and Little Bit Country star, 40, was seen having a romantic dinner date with HGTV star Antonio Ballatore at First Food and Bar at the Palazzo in Las Vegas.

According to a witness, Garth and Ballatore (the tattooed winner of Season 4's HGTV Designer Star) were "flirty and very touchy" over dinner and dessert at the eatery on May 9.
Garth and Ballatore were certainly flirty via Twitter in late April. "Saw a show today called 'The Antonio Treatment. I think I need that," the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star wrote.
On my way! ;) xo," Ballatore replied coyly.

Garth and Twilight Saga star Facinelli, 38, share daughters Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5. (Facinelli filed divorce papers in late March citing "irreconcilable differences.)
"It's unfortunate," Garth said last month of the split. "It happens to the best of us. It's something that has been really tough, for sure. My husband and I, we grew up together, so we are very important people to each other."
